The Parc Miner del Maestrat is located in the natural area of La Fontanella, at an altitude of about 800 meters, offering magnificent panoramic views of the region. The Parc Miner del Maestrat consists of a network of longitudinal galleries spanning more than 4 km. Minerals were extracted from these galleries from the 1940s to the mid-1960s, mainly iron oxides and hydroxides, and goethite.
